Penta welcomes Chief Revenue Officer Armand Gadoury, Vice President of Revenue Operations Cocheiska Pearce, and Managing Directors Scott Elder, Marisol Garibay, and Kris Havens

Penta, the world’s first comprehensive stakeholder solutions firm, announced today that Armand Gadoury has joined the firm as chief revenue officer. Gadoury will oversee the strategy and execution of sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management as Penta brings its data-driven, strategic solutions to new markets and industries across the globe.

Gadoury joins from Control Risks, where he was a partner and global head of membership, providing critical event preparedness and response services to subscription-paying members. Previously, he also served as president and managing director of the global specialist risk consulting firm, Clayton International. Gadoury brings 27 years of experience in creating business value for companies by blending premium consultancy services with technology platforms.

Penta also welcomed Cocheiska Pearce as vice president of revenue operations, where she will be responsible for the processes and tools that enable Penta to scale rapidly as a collaborative, data-led organization. Previously, Pearce spent 15 years at Control Risks, a global risk consulting firm, where she focused on streamlining internal processes, improving revenue visibility, enhancing data-driven collaboration, and building a firm-wide reconfiguration of sales and marketing processes and systems.

Armand and Cocheiska will play a critical role in the growth of Penta as we continue to integrate and expand our global reach,” said Matt McDonald, president of Penta. “Their formidable understanding of business risk and value will be an asset to our growing firm as we continue to scale our data-driven solutions for stakeholder strategy and engagement across the globe.”

Scott Elder joins Penta as a managing director, Intelligence. Previously, he has served in senior positions at market research and advisory firms Global Strategy Group, PSB Insights, and BCW Global. As a managing director at Penta, Elder will fuse a mastery of research approaches with an understanding of client challenges and market conditions to provide the insights that make a difference at critical points of a client’s journey.

Marisol Garibay joins Penta as a managing director, Strategy. Throughout her 20 years of experience in public affairs, policy, communications, and brand and reputation management, Garibay has advised high-ranking government officials and Fortune 500 CEOs. Most recently, Garibay served as chief communications officer at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she built and led a formal communications department. In her role at Penta, Garibay will empower clients to influence public perception through strategic communications, messaging, and crisis communications.

Kris Havens also comes to Penta as a managing director, Intelligence. She brings more than 20 years of senior executive and communications experience, including serving as chief strategy officer of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the communications director of the American Federation of Teachers. At Penta, Havens will leverage custom research, advanced analytics, and in-depth assessments to inform strategic initiatives on behalf of her clients.

“Scott, Marisol, and Kris bring deep knowledge of research, data-driven analysis, and communications that will be invaluable as we work with clients to define, inform, and strengthen decision-making and understanding between businesses and their stakeholders,” said Andrea Christianson, partner, Strategy.
