Amanda Hewitt

Amanda is the chief of staff at Decode_M where she works closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to grow and manage the business.  She oversees strategic planning across the organization.  Amanda works with key clients, including Estee Lauder, NHL, and USHG.  

Amanda is a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota.  She has conducted multi-disciplinary research in the field of education and leadership as well as education policy and reform.  Her research has informed policy and curriculum for growing STEM education programming. 

Prior to Decode_M, Amanda worked in the non-profit sector, expanding educational opportunities for children in rural communities.  She played a vital role in development through fundraising during a capital campaign as well as securing major grants.
