Biography
Armand Gadoury is chief revenue officer of Penta, where he leads Penta’s sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations functions. He also sets the strategy and leads the delivery of Penta’s revenue plan.
Armand has deep experience in crisis and issues management, specifically in developing and bringing to market solutions that combine C-suite advisory work, technology, and intelligence for a quick response to critical events that impact corporate reputation. Prior to joining Penta, Armand was a partner at Control Risks, a category-leading global consulting firm, where he developed a program that enabled clients to better prepare for and respond to a wide range of crises worldwide.
Armand began his career as an officer in the United States Army, where he served as a special operations commander in various units. Upon completing his military service, he transitioned to the private sector, holding several executive roles, including senior executive of a special risks consulting firm.
A Rhode Island native, Armand holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Georgetown University, and professional certifications in project management (PMP) and governance, risk and compliance (GRCP).
