Christian Garcia is vice president of client service at Penta, where he leads a team focused on turning rich data into equally rich and actionable insights for clients at Fortune 500 companies and prominent associations across D.C. Over the past six years, Christian has built a dedicated client service unit that provides year-round, bespoke strategic consulting. During his time at Ballast, Christian has worked with over 100 clients across more than twenty industries, helping them understand how their brands and organizations are perceived by federal policymakers.
Prior to joining Ballast Research, he held various research positions in the public policy, legal, and academic arenas. While working for the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and the United States Senate, Christian researched economic competitiveness, job creation, and community revitalization. He has also worked as an analyst for a litigation firm, conducting economic and financial analyses for high-profile cases. He has also worked as a researcher for Harvard University’s Center For European Studies, where he specialized in electoral analysis.
