Jackie Breuer

Jackie Breuer serves as a senior director, working with clients across the government affairs space to leverage Ballast insights in order to more effectively manage and improve their reputation in D.C. with policymakers.

Prior to Ballast, Jackie led the client services team at National Journal, a premier research, and insights company committed to helping organizations effectively navigate Washington. She worked with government affairs teams to leverage National Journal’s resources to more effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

Jackie is a native of Cupertino, California, and now calls D.C. home after attending American University, receiving a BA in International Relations.
