Kari is an insight-based, transformational leader with a passion for consumer mindset and trends. She heads the Mountain West Penta team based out of Colorado with a focus on coaching and mentoring her team to provide actionable insights through innovative research methodologies. Her team has been successful in building and growing relationships with key clients, including Crocs, Claire’s, and Giant Eagle.
Before Decode_M, Kari was a Senior Consultant at consumer insights firm Numerator, where she managed a professional client services team and led the client relationship for Numerator’s most strategic partners, including Abbott and HEINEKEN USA. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager of Category Development at The HEINEKEN Company, where she led the West Region category development team in innovative business analytics with grocery clients, including Albertsons Companies, Inc. Kari started her career at Hormel Foods, where she held roles within operations, sales and analytics across multiple business units that allowed her to gain invaluable knowledge of CPG processes and go-to-market strategies.
