Victoria Walsh

Victoria leads Penta’s financial services and professional services team, ensuring clients receive the highest quality insight and analysis and industry leading expertise. She also oversees the development of Penta’s client base, while building its profile within the financial services and professional services industry.

Victoria joined alva in 2022 after a 20-year career which spanned financial services, corporate communications, and political and government communications. Most recently, she worked as Director of Corporate Communications at the Royal Bank of Canada, before which she was Head of CEO and Chairman Communications at RBS (NatWest). Victoria has also held senior communications roles at the Labour Party and within central government, advising senior cabinet ministers and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown on media relations and strategic communication strategies. Victoria has led communications on many high profile political campaigns and is experienced in advising C-suite and high profile individuals on internal and external communication activities.
