Yolande Daeninck is a partner at Penta, where she works with clients to build and protect their reputations, develop and execute on communication strategies, and help them understand complex issues in their environment. For over 20 years, she has advised executives at leading organizations in Europe and the U.S.
Yolande joined Copperfield Advisory after it was founded in New York in 2017. She served clients in professional services, financial services, technology and the non-profit sector. She also helped build and grow the firm, with a focus on recruiting, people management, and professional development.
Previously Yolande worked at McKinsey & Company for a decade, starting out in Brussels where she managed communication across the four offices in Belgium and Luxembourg. She then transferred to New York to oversee media relations in North America and later, globally. Yolande started her career at a boutique communication agency in Brussels, advising local and multinational clients on media relations, public affairs, and crisis communication.
A native of Belgium, Yolande studied romance languages and linguistics at the University of Louvain, business at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and corporate communications at Boston University as a Fulbright Fellow and Belgian American Educational Foundation Fellow. Yolande is also a photographer and spent a year at the International Center for Photography concentrating on documentary photography.
Yolande lives in the Boston area with her husband and their young daughter.
