Eamonn Lawler

Eamonn is the managing director for energy & environment at Penta’s Brussels office.

Eamonn joined Penta seven years ago and has focussed on energy, climate, and environmental policy since joining the firm. Eamonn provides strategic counsel to clients seeking to engage in the E.U. legislative process. He and his team analyze the business implications of a legislative proposal, use Penta’s data insights to inform their strategic approach, and then leverage political, third-party, and media engagements for their clients’ policy goals.

Eamonn works with leading multinational corporations, major philanthropic organizations, large-scale energy providers, and innovative start-ups.

Eamonn graduated from Trinity College Dublin having studied History & Political Science. He further studied Legislative Drafting at King’s Inns in Ireland and E.U. Policy & Implementation through the University of Leiden. Eamonn speaks Norwegian and German and understands Danish and Swedish.

Eamonn was honored as one of Ireland’s top three Young Communications Professionals.
