Lauren Wolfson Morgan

At Decode_M Lauren served as the President leading messaging, positions, and policy. She operates at the intersection of business and politics, advising on brand reputation and positioning. She oversees the data science team in developing a suite of momentum tools that helps find and understand what’s next. Lauren works with a robust client team including Airbnb, google, MAC, Netflix, Lyft, and Brooklyn Brewery.

In addition to her work with Decode_M, Lauren co-authored Maximum Momentum diving in depth into the 5 drivers of momentum. Lauren is insights-driven with a passion for helping companies gain an edge by utilizing momentum.

Previously, Lauren served as Vice President at Benenson Strategy Group and Edelman Berland where her client list included Samsung and Dell. Before that, she worked as chief of staff at Penn, Schoen & Berland. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and consumer psychology.
