Nosheen Subdar

Nosheen Subdar is vice-president of human resources for Europe and Asia. Previously, she was the director of global human resources and talent for Hume Brophy. Her previous experience consists of working for multi-national companies in various industries including, retail, financial services, shipping services, public affairs, and media. She has over 18 years of experience in recruitment across various  disciplines including  talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, engagement, and learning and development. Nosheen also worked for a number of new start-ups where she successfully set up human resource functions from inception to implementation.

Her international experience has given her a strong legal background, understanding of country-specific legislation, jurisdictions, and different cultures. As a result, she has spearheaded various company cultural initiatives to ensure employees are motivated, effective, efficient, and productive within their roles.
