Biography
Daniel Fellenbaum is a Senior Director at Penta, where he advises clients on public policy, corporate strategy, and strategic communications, with a specialized focus on health care.
Prior to joining Penta, Daniel served as the Senior Director of Policy at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the trade association representing the nation’s leading biopharmaceutical research companies. In this role, he focused on key policy issues impacting the industry.
Before his tenure at PhRMA, Daniel held strategic roles with Fortune 10 companies UnitedHealth Group and Cencora. There, he provided counsel to business leaders on managing business risk and navigating complex regulatory and legislative environments.
Earlier in his career, Daniel was a trusted advisor to a member of congress during the passage and implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He also worked as a government affairs specialist, representing companies across a diverse range of industries.
An Ohio native, Daniel is a Member of the Ohio Bar and holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and a B.A. from The Ohio State University. He currently resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
